PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipment is always free through France.
For the majority of national shipping, TALEL delivers 2-3 days from the purchasing date.
For the countries members of the European Union the shipping cost is 15 euros.
In the majority of the countries, TALEL delivers in 2-3 working days.
EXTRA EU COUNTRIES
TALEL delivers all over the world, TALEL deliver in 5-8 days. Shipping cost: 30 euros.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside the European Union.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.
Please notify us of your intention to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.
Kindly ensure to return your item with all the tags attached in the original packaging, returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed, if the item has been soiled or damaged in any way.
We strongly advise that purchases are returned via a tracked and signed service, the risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only offer an exchange on defective items. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions if you think you have received a defective item.
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item.
Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, while we endeavour to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases there may be a small delay.
Please wait at least 6 weeks from the date you have placed the preorder before you contact us,
We are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our products. Most items are shipped within the estimated window and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
If you are no longer able to receive your preordered item at the original shipping address, email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used and we will update the shipping address for you.
Sales on pre-ordered items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described.
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. Talel cannot guarantee that all devices will accurately display the true colour. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contact email@example.com prior to placing your order.
